Blueberry Gifts was set up in 2015 by myself Sharon Brown. I had always wanted to work for myself so after many years working in Financial Services I decided to take the plunge and open my own shop.
I was coming up to 40 years old and decided another 25 years in financial services wasn’t for me. I have always loved great independent shops where you can find something a little different to the big stores. Despite bricks & mortar shops being on the decline I felt there was still room for great little shops to thrive. After many months of searching I finally found my first shop on Musselburgh High Street, East Lothian which opened in June 2015.
In January 2018 I moved into a slightly bigger shop which is still our current location which I love. Now I want to bring our great products & service to those who are unable to make it into the shop for whatever reason. Since opening I have posted products to customers as faraway as Canada, USA and Australia and want to add the website to do more of this. And to help people closer to home who are unable to pop in.
Obviously we can only offer a fraction of the items from the store online so if you have seen anything you want to add on our Facebook page or previously in the shop please give me a shout as this can be added onto your order.
We also stock a fantastic range of greetings cards, gift wrap and tissue paper so if you need these too please get in touch and we can send over pictures for you to make your selection.
